How do I make it so a event recognizes what actor is the party lead?

I need to make it so a event recognizes what actor is the party leader, I know that I have to use "Conditional branch, script" but I forgot what I have to write there, can anyone help me out? (all I remember is that it uses = and =! symbols)

Hope this is in the right place since its a event thing, but its also a script thing.

X being the id of the character you want to check.
