How can I make an event trigger when 2 events collide?

Hate to sign up for these forums and have my first post be a HELP!, but my RPG is currently stuck because I want an event where pushing a rock into a hole changes a Switch. I made the pushable rock and made sure it can go into the hole but you can't, but now I need to know how to change switch operations when the rock actually goes into the hole. Much appreciated!
 
One way to do this is to set up a Parallel Processing event. Set the rock's Map X and Map Y coordinates to two variables, and check if the variables match the location of the hole. Then change a switch and voila.

Is the hole also an event? In that case, try setting it to "Event Touch," and on the first event page, whatever, rock disappears, etc etc, and then "Turn Switch Whatever ON."
 
So the Operand should be MapID? You're talking about XP, right?

AHA! Variable=RockX operation=set and Operand=CHARACTER! You can set character to event! Sorry, I have it figured out now!
