it's like that I would make a request here where it only says:
How about a cms that you can use ?

Thats about all the info you gave out.....
 
OK you could have a bunch of events that start when switch 01 is on, that when they are all on they make a house. JUst have a guy that maybe says have 100 lumber or w/e, and 1000 gold, then it turns on switch 01. Then a bigger more expensive house made of events that start with switch 02 etc etc etc

That won't help much considering there will be a ton of events gathered in one spot.

What you could do though is make a bunch of pre-made houses and store them in a cahrset/picture form and allow the player to choose which one he likes best ?
 
The simplest thing would probably be to copy the map and make several maps to switch with switches. You'll just have to make sure you handle the conditionals for your events that lead to that set of maps.

That should be eassier than 100+ events or a script that makes you keep track of tile peices and x,y coordinates. The idea of making the houses into charset would require the Sized Events script posted in the submitted script section here (but, be prepared for some digging) , or else you would be able to walk through the house event if the event was set as impassible.
