I saw that a site is selling Guildwars Nightfall Collectors Edition for under £18... This sells in shops for £40-50... I was wondering if buying 10 of them for £180 and then selling them later for £300-£400 would be a good investment...

You defiantly won’t get £300 £400 for one of those things, not for next 300-400 years anyway lol.

Maybe you could turn a profit on them but don't most places only give store credit rather than cash?

(Either way I guess it will buy you a new stack of games or two.)
