The hips in a woman widen when she reaches puberty. They don't all of a sudden get wider when she gets pregnant, you know.
On an average woman, the only parts of the body that radically change in size is the belly (obviously) and the breasts. However, the breasts don't increase in volume considerably until after the birth. After the baby is born, there's a noticeable 30% increase in volume because milk is being produced. If the woman doesn't nurse, that volume goes down in a matter of weeks.
So, I wouldn't really make any part of the template's body bigger than it is now.
The belly in the side view also looks fine, in my opinion.
