I've been looking at joining this site for a while, so here I am.

All right, so I'm Tei. Don't ask for a real name, you won't get one.

I...

-Am in ninth grade and 14 years old
-Am short compared to most of my friends and get made fun of for it (is 5'4" really that short!?)
-Love to draw
-Love to write
-Write far too elaborate profiles for my somewhat more minor game characters, listing everything from name to favorite food to notable (wierd) habits.
-Listen to a host of random music--Dragonforce and Access (a j-pop group that if anyone has ever heard of, you're amazing XD) and Scarecrow (another japanese band) are the top of my list right now
-Am from the forum Amaranthia.com, so some of you may or may not recognize me. I also ghost around the VX forums now and then
-Am known for doing way too much at once and making things far too elaborate (no, I don't do anything halfway)
-Would like to learn how to play keytar
-Started my doing RMXP-related stuff sometime last summer or a little before, when I started spriting
-Have this thing about not finishing things before going onto something new--either I do it all the time, or I avoid it at all costs
-Am terrified of getting in trouble, so please don't yell at me XD
-Have this thing about making anything vampire-related in my games WAY too elaborate and big. or at least according to friends, who I've never seen get above map010.

Excellent, I do this too. The best way to really flesh out a world is to pay attention to all the little details in every character.

okay, my first though in reading all these welcomes is, "okay, who here thinks i'm a GUY!?"

i must say, first time that's happened to me. good thing I haven't yet uploaded my signiture--then i'd really throw you all off. i identify very strongly with Vincent Valentine. but i guess i didn't really SAY if i was a guy or a girl, so...yeah, you're all forgiven, not that you were ever in trouble anyways...

missingno: yeah, XD is a bad habit of mine. i use it far too much, and I know it. regarding elaborate profiles: how many pages is the average profile that you write? if you do more than two pages, then you have me beaten.

Calibre: ...maybe! (and don't you DARE take that literally, like I would). so, how did you get it that i'm a girl? i'm curious now, because i never really even hinted at it...

Cherrywolf: if you insist, you may.

iceplosion and khmp: i've been 5'4" for the past three years or something. it's a tad annoying, because all my friends have been making fun of me for however long i've been said height >.<

Soph: thanks! if you mean "will be around a lot" by "solid,"  not necessarily, because I'm at school twelve hours a day, six days a week...but i'll show up when i can.

Tindy: oh thank god, someone who ISN'T taller than me!! nice to meet you.

Sheperd: um...i don't get it...but that's okay ^^ i'll try to be a good member. see, i kind of have to be good, because i'm terrified of getting into trouble. i meant that.

EDIT: JakeyZombie, i forgot you! sorry about that. hey, i'm taller than...um...there was someone at my school...oh yes, i'm taller than some of the coxswains on our crew team. that's about the only people i'm taller than...and even some of them are taller than me. i guess this is why i'm always told i'm short ^^

I looked at your profile for some reason...  and yeah 5'4 for a girl isn't really all that small.  Some girls when I was at school were under 5.

People shorter than you: Elisha Cuthbert, Vida Guerra, Shakira... that's enough to sway it...

Calibre: ah, that explains it. forgot i put it there.

Soph: private school. I leave at seven fifteen in the morning and don't leave for home until 7:15 at night.

Granted, three of those hours are spent between school and tennis practice, but...yeah, that basically means that i get to be bored for three hours. depending whether or not the computer lab where i have RMXP is unlocked, I'm either bored for three hours or working for three hours. Tuesdays are the worst--I have about six free hours, but i have to stay at school anyways >.<

at least i have rmxp on ONE of the school computers. and it's in a room that no one else bothers going into, so i can listen to music while i work. (impossible for me to work without music. quite simply impossible)

Hey, at least you get RMXP at school. My school doesn't allow any installations, not even memory sticks, etc. Hell, RMXP.org gets blocked about once a month (and then miraculously unblocked, I think one of the techies must go on here :p).
