Hi everyone.
I'm an old user of RPG2k back in the day, but never ever finished a single project, kept adding onto the mountain of what I wanted. Quite simply bite off more than I could chew.
More of an ideas man but I mostly enjoy creating a games' story and any special feature that a project may have. My last project centered around a Shining Force type style of play but with 3 different endings based around choices made throughout the game. Proper choices not the silly yes or no ones. If only I could get the BTS working, which eventually made me give up.
Never would have thought the RPGMaker system would get so updated as it has, let along the number of different versions there are now. Well I'm trying to get back in the game, grease up the old code skills (what little I had to begin with) and maybe finish with that mountain. Looking onto a few boards I saw that this was the place to go, but now I'm at a loss as to which system to use, XP or VX. I'm sure each have there strengths, not to mention fanboys.
Hmmm about myself.
Curious, often busy, often confusing even to ones' self, apart from that take me as you see me. My hobbies are creative stories, occasional gaming and I love a good book.
And that's about it.
"Not very exciting is he?", DaGobbo says to the monitor. The monitor didn't dignified him with a response.
