OH! I know that problem! Here's an idea: write gibberish on your paper (by paper, I mean multiple papers) that you can still derive your plot from. And keep it organized, so you don't suffer like me. :brain:

I do it all the time. Sometimes it's a bunch of sentence fragments... actually, 90% of the time if at all. I also use drawings (for maps) and stat layouts (like, weapons, items, character stats).

You could also try free writing.  It's a set time period where you just write down whatever you're thinking.  It's extremely helpful when you get writer's block because you're releasing whatever is troubling you by writing it down.
