Help with " Smooth Scrolling" Script

when i use this script, which i absolutely love, and i use the scroll screen option in an event, the scroll down function doesnt work properly. It like telports you there. All the other directions work. Could somebody possibly tell me how to fix this?

I don't understand? I have just used the script and it works fine.

when i try it with the script, it doesnt even scroll, it teleports you there, if i take the script out it works fine though.

did u mess around with the script? It works perfectly fine for me too.

nope, not at all, maybe ill download it again and try or something.

It could be script conflicts, but I don't know.
