Okay, so I finally got it running (THANK YOU) And now I have a question. I don't like how my main character looks, or his party. How do I change his looks, and/or get rid of his teammates from the start?
Help with opening party.

To change the main character's appearance, you can assign a different graphic on the "Actors" tab of the database. Set up your starting party on the "System" tab.
Have you read the documentation?
Select Help -> Contents (or just hit F1)
Read the whole first section titled, "RPG Maker XP", it will answer a lot of questions.
The other section "RGSS Reference Manual" is for scripting. Save that for later.
