Help Please... For my DBS add-on

I have no idea where my scripter went, but I'm trying to hurry with this so I can speed up game development with my project. I need this add-on completed, but I have no idea how to customize it. It's a scroll bar system, but it uses button presses on a guage, sort of like a combination of Titus's(FFX) overdrive skill with a blitz combination.

Just... Please help... Please? ^_^;;
