Help making facesets in windowskin texts !!!!

I need a code that makes it possible to create a face on the person who`s talking (Faceset)

I used a picture , and it worked well , but I realy need this INSTHEAD !!!

Sometimes I question the seriousness of your questions. Or the person behind it. However first you should give a look over here:

Look for advance message systems. Most employ an option to include a faceset picture into the window. UMS or AMS are both examples that do this.
