Help! Loading Issue!

I have tried to open my VX project this morning. I received an message stating "failed to load script". I had a backup but it started to do the same thing. This has happen to me months ago when I just started on a project after its' first save! Can someone help please? Is there a way to fix this issue? Is there a way to avoid it?
