Help in creating a Day/Night System in RMXP! (RESOLVED!)

Hi, guys! I already have a working weather changing system! What I would want as an add-on to it, is the following:

I want the day to become dusk and then night. Then after a period of time, the nigth shall shift into dawn and soon day.
I know this can easily be done with common events and 'tint_screen' BUT I would need help how to do this!

Codes/Scripts?
Common Events?
Map Events?
