Have I attacked?

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make a script which takes the character ID, checks if they used a attack or perhaps another command, and returns true or false. Could someone Help me here? I dont think the script should be too awfully long.

What do you want to happen if they did whatever command you wanted? If you tell me i think i can do it with events instead of a script.
