Have a skill use both HP and MP

Detailed Description:
If anyone has ever played Suikoden 4 or 5 they will know about the Rune of punishment and the rune of Condemnation. These runes (while still using mp) also zapped some of the health of the caster. I have searched over the forum, and only found a few dead links and discontinued scripts (that you can't even view) So I am making this resquest, can anyone point me towards one? Thanks for your time!

While the script does a lot more than what I was asking for, you can turn everything on and off to suit your needs.
