harvest moon script help

hey there, i need some help with my harvest moon game can you help me out.

  first thing is first

  1.  how will i make it so when you go near a person (shop keeper) i can buy seeds,watercan,pets,chickens etc like seen in harvest moon games if you havent seen havest moon games then check youtube, or google.

oh yeh i saw it, but it dont have much festures only seeds
