Which of you are excited, which of you don't care?

I wasn't very excited for a while but I've noticed in the past couple of weeks I've been really anticipating it...I really need a new good FPS to play online.

Also, what do you think is going to happen? Do you think Master Chief is going to die in the end to save humanity?

The ending was spoiled. It's on Youtube already. He's dead but there's no doubt that either MC will return or they'll continue the Halo universe like they're doing with halo wars.

I'm very excited to play this, but won't be shelling out for a 360 myself. Hopefully one of my friends will pick it up. Halo is by far the best shooter series ever, and Halo3 promises to send the player satisfaction over the top.

I don't think he's black...there's a trailer that shows him as a child...he doesn't look black in that video...

Halo's fine and dandy in its own way, but Treg's got the right idea: Valve's Orange Box.

FIVE sweet games for the same price as Halo 3. You want epic, genre-defining single player? Half Life 2 and HL2 Episodes One and Two. You want unbeatable multiplayer, complete with nine separate character classes? Team Fortress 2. You want brain bending physics-based puzzles? Portal.
