Gun System v0.4

I made this in about an hour and a half.  It's basically an event-made gun system.  Currently, its only to the point where it works smoothly and its fun.  There's not really any special features yet.  You can only have one shootable enemy at a time (for now), and the amount of equippable guns depends on how many keys on the keyboard RMXP will let you use.

Anyway, I'm releasing it now to see if people like it enough so I can expand it, so I can make things like aiming, more enemies, and the guns equippable.


If you want to use it, it's pretty simple.  You could just study the events on the maps and learn or copy them....or PM me.

It's um...I don't ant to insult you or anything but this is embarrassingly basic.

There's no level of skill required at all in playing this. There's really no aiming or anything, all you have to do is tap the button and the enemy automatically gets hit. I'd hardly call it a gun system as much as a "press the button to do damage" system.

I don't see how this would have taken you an hour and a half.

Unless of course, this whole thing was just a learning experience for you and you are new to to the program. In which case, good for you, it's a fun little experiment.

This was just a beginning outline.  I'm planning to expand on it as long as people think I should.  If peopl don't think it needs to be expanded anymore, then I'll leave it at that.


I'm much better than this, this was just a start for me.  I can do WAY more than this, trust me.

Then why would you want people to give their opinion if this is just a start? Seriously, you should add some more things like aiming, tapping a certain button cycles through weapons etc. Just finish the system, then ask for opinions. Nobody will like a system as simple like that, they want to see options, options and even more options.

Please, don't take this as an insult. Instead, see this as some form of motivation, to finish the gun system.
