Sailor Moon was one of my biggest inspirations. I used to watch the Promise of the Rose movie quite a bit. And that song at the end was awesome. I kept playing the scene over and over until I figured out the lyrics. I still remember some of them:

I watch bad anime sometimes. I've seen like 160 episodes of Bleach, I'm ashamed to say, although idk why really since I'm not that fond of it.

I'm watching Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha right now, and being targeted at the seinen audience instead of 9-year-old girls, it's surprisingly pretty decent, although I find the lolicon fanservice somewhat unsettling. It starts off as generic mahou shoujo and ends up being about an interdimensional SWAT team with the original characters in their late teens.
