got spyware messing up my pc

I've got spyware, the kind that advertises virus protection. And it's slowing down my pc. What's the best thing to use to delete it?

I use three programs to protect for spyware.  All are free.

Ad-Aware 2007 - Scans, quarentines, and destroys infected files.
Spybot Search & Destroy - Scans, quarentines, and destroys infected files.
Spyware Blaster - Active protection and blocking of spyware and bad websites.

New problem. I used s and d. Now everytime i start my pc and get to the desktop the only that shows is the background. Help me please.
