google maps, open streetview, sandbox

hey does anyone know of like a sandbox editor for google maps or openstreetview or anything like

something where I can fuck about and draw roads and shit, but that doesn't require logging in and doesn't update the main public map?

man i don't know, but i wanna know too. i looked and looked for something like that about a month ago, but i could only find stuff you had to pay for and I couldn't find torrents for. :/
