Good dating sims/rpgs

I would like to get some suggestions for some good dating sims.
I´m more interested in real rpgs(with romance) than japanese dating sims.

Something like Harvest moon, Moonlight abyss(on this site), etc.
Games where you can choose between which girl to date/marry.
It´s a plus if it develops to a deeper story between the two.
Include links please.

Any suggestions?

I´m interested in games that I can download for free.
(If they´re made with rmxp, it´s a bonus)

Anyway, our very own RMancer Hima is hard at work on a game called Adolescence, which is more or less exactly what you asked for -- a dating sim without H-content, made in RMXP for that extra credit. Knowing some of her past work, it's going to be absolutely top-notch. The only potential (potential, pfff) issue is that it's not complete yet, and she doesn't have a working demo out at present. Still, it'll be nice to keep tabs on if this is what you want.

I think it's the last dating sim I played, it has no hentai content, and it was officially translated to english. There are a few other, but I don't remember the names. Just look around, there are authorized dealers on the net where you can get ideas.

Well, actually thats tough. Part of Harvest Moon's charm is that it is so unique in that aspect. You could try Rune Factory for the DS, since thats derived from the same stock (basically Harvest Moon with monsters). Thats about the only one thats vaguely similar in English.

Now, dating sims WITH porn that have RPG elements; thats much easier. Of course, most of these are Japanese Bishoujo games, since the market for good games with pr0nz simply doesn't exist in Western countries (our best attempts typically amount to the sleaze of the Leisure Suite Larry games).

In the latter instance, I recently finished mirror moons fan translation of Utawarerumono and wholeheartedly recommend it; surprisingly simple but great strategy game, awesome story, and you can skip the pr0nz if you don't like it. Also, True Love 95 (nearly pure dating sim, but you build up stats to impress girls) and Brave Soul (sort of Diablo with female partners) come to mind with honorable mentions.

PS1 game, "Thousand Arms"

It's an RPG where you play as this blacksmith named Meis, and you have to like, infuse your weapons with the love of women or something, so you date them.

I remember liking it.

If you have a DS, try Feel the Magic and the Rub Rabbits. They arent that great but offer some fun little mini games.

And whoever recommended Thousand Arms, its fun for like an hour T_T then the shitty battle system takes over the fun sim stuff. =(

Yeah, I know, hence its inclusion in the latter section with Brave Soul and Utawarerumono. It wasn't all at the end, mind you, since the girls you had slept with in the game were the ones you could have a happy ending with. You gotta LOL at that obviously male logic.
