You haven't really given people very much to reply to, There is no mention of a storyline, a background, a world or any character details. You're maps are bit too empty too, don't you think. If you're wanting to get anyone to help you, you will need to post more about your game initally

Okay, let's see.
There's not really a story to say anything about here, but I just have to say that the title screen is too basic and needs some work.

The window skin is nice, I like it.
Your map, the interior one, is very empty and looks quite boring.
Your world map looks okay, I guess.

There isn't much more to reply to I guess. Good luck with your project!

Hmm... looks... meh.

1. Dont use MSpaint for the title screen. I reccoment photoshop, or if you dont want to learn, request one.

2. Subtitle "Legend of a hero" is kinda really generic. Why not "Videogame, that you play on your computer."

3. Room is empty. Did he just move in or something?

4. On the world map... why is there a random snow area? It just goes from grasslands and forests to snowy mountains.

If this is your first or second project, I dont blame you. Keep trying, you'll get it eventually.

No offense intended, but your forum doesn't look so good. You have a thousand categories, and one of them is for people to sign up to be an admin. I strongly suggest removing that section.

Here is someone's admin application:

Member: "ill try"

Admin response: "do you have any experience?"

Member response: "actually yes
ive been part of 3 forums
ive made 2

and was admin of 2 foumks before my clan was banned so and i lost the second one after i gave it up to some to ther guy cause i was done with it

i was really good at my clan secret forums"

Admin response: "ok yer accepted"

Let me be the first to say thank you for giving a go at a game. It is something that is too often not heard around these parts. There are far too many uncompleted and abandoned games out there, and it would be nice if someone could actually add another completed one to the very short list.

Titlescreen

Your titlescreen reminds me of a style that has been long forgotten (those really old plain 8-bit games found on the Atari console). Sure it may not be the best titlescreen out there, but it's definitely unique for the most part. If that is style you want to go with for your game, then I say stick with it. But if you plan on using RTP characters and tilesets then I really suggest you change it, or request someone to make you a new version (possibly more realistic?)

When making a titlescreen, try to define the game and some elements within it. This can be accomplished with the use of variety of things like; colour, patterns, images and sound. Sound being (imo) one of the most important aspects of any game because it sets the mood. Try to appeal to all (or at least some) of the human senses.

Battle System

There really isn't much to say regarding the battle system in this case. You are using the default RMXP system which I suppose would work out nicely if you didn't want to spend too much time perking up the enemy encounters.

Menu System

The choice of windowskin you have chosen for the CMS and also the layout looks good. However that small black square at the bottom right hand side looks a bit odd. If you could possibly move the location window down to cover up that small black bit, it would work wonderfully. You may also want to consider putting a border around the face graphics. That way they give off a more defined appearance rather than just sit there and look flat as a board :)

Basic Mapping

Sadly you need to work on your mapping a bit. The room from the screenshot seems a bit shapeless and plain. One of the better ways to get an idea of the interior shape of houses is to look at modern blueprints. Watch how the rooms seperate from each other, and how the walls are shaped.

Once you have your basic house layout, then it is time to start filling the rooms with things. Don't be afraid to throw whatever in there, just try to keep it reasonable (i.e. don't overdo it).

Give a once over on some of the mapping tutorials provided here. They should give you a better idea on how to map properly. :) After you have done that it is always a good idea to show the map to a few people and see what they think of it. This can only help you improve.

The Dreaded World Map

Quite possibly one of the more difficult things to do is map a nice world map for your game. From what I can see with that tiny screenshot, you need to focus on making it a bit more interesting. Have paths winding into the mountains...or winding into forests. Having straight paths like that make the game boring and redundant for the player if he/she can get to point A to point B with very little hassle. Make it a challenge for the player...just don't make it impossible.

I remember telling the creator of the world map tileset you are using (TheInquisitor) that the one problem I see the most often with his tileset is people's lack of blending resources in. You don't want to give the appearance that parts of the map are sectioned off (like a grouping of trees here...and then a grouping of mountains there). Attempt to blend them all in together so that it gives a nice, smooth transition from one to the next. Be adventurous.

Story

Looks around for it...hmmm...nope :) For future reference, people really don't like going to other websites to read about a game that was posted here. If anything, please from now on post a general summary of the main points and backstory to your game. This will make it easier to judge and give advice to those who need it.

Basically everything has been covered by Wings there...i'd totally reccommend that you take mapping lessons or hire someone!

That is all!

It looks a whole lot better but its still too big and open tru make the room smaller and stuff or just add more stuff

Remember what I said, you want to fill the room(s) with things, but make sure you don't overdo it. When you fill maps will too many things, they become cluttered. When the become cluttered, they look awful and it is sometimes difficult for the character to move around freely.

Here is a map with the same tileset that I just did quickly (not one of my best maps by far :-/, but you get the idea). I usually suck at houses, but am good with caves. Very strange indeed.

Meh, I don't really see anything too interesting here. I really like the title that Tana made for you though, haha. I hate the default battle/main character graphics in general though, and the face on the menu is completely stretched, so I'm not too impressed with that either, haha. I like the Inquisitor's tiles, but you don't seem to be doing them any justice. I suggest you post some actual information on the game if you're asking for people's assistance and opinions. You have to spark a members interest in your game to get them to be willing to help. Anyways, I wish you luck either way.
