Getting my font to show up

I have a new font from a site ,but it seems my rmxp isn't picking it up, it gives me blank like I PK or somethin, how can I fix this, I know I spelled everything right? Thanks for help in advance, and I think this is rgss because you hav to fiddle with main

Are you using the font's actual filename? Lots of times the font filename and the font's name as it appears in Windows is totally different.

hmm how would I check to see if it was that name? srry I'm no expert on comps

You can see font name from Control Panel->Fonts(sorry, I don't use English Windows). Or you can use any font manager utility for that.
