I doubt it. Watching a lot of anime won't cut it.

I suggest that you change the setting to one that you know better yourself (and that your target audeince will know better- this community is an english one, and just about all of us live in Western Countries, namely the US or England with pretty similar cultures). Or even create another world of your own. Trying to emulate another country based on what yiou know from TV shows, games, wikipedia research, etc, will usually fail terribly if you've never lived there.

But seriously, You need more content to attract people to the game itself. Having a one sentence story is just asking for abuse.

I do like what I see, but in my opinion I think it's better to gather something solid like all the facts, screenshots and even a demo before posting your game. I'm not saying you have, but hurrying to post a project just for show off is the worst thing ever.

On a good note I like the story and the logo kicks ass, how'd you make it or was it just a font?

i made it, im going to redo it though, the outline is sloppy. And also, i would have screenshots but i dont have any tilesets yet for it.
