We didn't hold our annual .ORGy awards in 2011, so, in order to make the Game of the Year award in previous and subsequent awards actually mean something, in this poll as a community we're gonna vote for the HBGames Game of the Year 2011.

I have had to be brutal: I removed a quick ludum dare, three threads that broke the rules (they weren't really "on HBGames" so to speak), and a game posted on behalf of somebody else (neither user stayed around other than that post), to whittle it down to exactly 30 entries, the most we can have in a poll.

Happy voting, and voting will end on or around May 1st depending on activity. I can't believe how many quality games we had to be honest.

The results will be posted in the next eZine, and then we will hold 2012's poll, before finally hopefully holding a 2013 awards ceremony in full.

Each user may choose up to three games. You can change your vote(s) at any time up until May 1st.

Game of the Year 2008
Master of the Wind

Game of the Year 2009
Quintessence

Game of the Year 2010
Vacant Sky

I'm really sorry, but someone pointed out a game that I have missed out of the poll somehow, which is certainly deserving. To accomodate it I have removed Green. I took this decision because it's screenshots and download link are all missing and have been for some time. If you disagree with this, and there is space in the 2012 poll, I will add it to that poll instead to give it a fair chance. Sincerest apologies.

5 days remaining in the poll! A nice distribution of votes but no clear winner yet. If you can, please vote. The winner will feature in the next eZine (which should be out on 1st May 2013).

Poll closes tomorrow! We have a clear winner by the looks of it but we need to decide between 2nd and 3rd as that's how I've lain out the eZine article. :shades:

I've reuploaded GREEN a couple of times, so I might as well do it again. As for the screenshots, I guess I could take a couple of basic ones:

I would appreciate if someone could edit the topic to replace the links and images, if at all possible.
