Game.exe help

I went through my computer files a few weeks ago and deleted some of the files I never use and then emptyed the recycle bin. Ever since then I haven't been able to play any games that run off the start up Game.exe (RGSSAD). I don't know what I erased that caused this problem but I think is strange that I don't even get an error message when the games close, just a weired 'bloop' sound. Can anyone help me figure out what files I need to reinstall and where to find them please?

Have you tried reinstalling the RTP and RMXP themselves? I think that should fix the problem.
