Game console concepts you remember waiting for as a kid

I was amazed by the fact it had a screen.

I missed out on this one though:

I was too young to see concepts for ps2 or xbox original, but I remember seeing a lot of concepts for the ps3

I remember this one, and I actually like this one better than the real ps3

and, of course, the famous boomerang and ball controllers.

Gamecube came a long way. And again with the screen thing at the end there; wtf were they thinking?

If you look very closely at the Xbox controller, it has the button colors from PlayStation, the button names from Nintendo, the shape of the Gamecube, the analog sticks from PlayStation and the button layout from the Gamecube (with a double Z).

The few things i find that are exclusive to the Xbox is the weird headset port and the battery pack..

Microsoft's a thief I tell ya!

Never saw the ball concept before. I can see people throwing those around. It would suck to play with though.

Wow no way! sadly though most of these concepts are scrapped, I actually really liked the PS3 concepts.

I thought the new PSP-2 thing was just a rumor because I just got myself a PSP!

I have no idea how this would work though ( the first picture ).

They really copied nintendo's DS on the second one, looks kind of like a Chinese Remake the PS2P?

I have a friend of mine who got a fake PSP but its actually kind of better because it can play all kind of ROMs and home-brew applications! just not psp games lol.
