Full Screen

No, this is not a request to make it full screen.
To start, when you open up full screen by pressing ctrl+enter, It stretches the screen to fit the monitor like this:
GREEN= The part of the game you can view on the monitor
SCREEN= Screen size

What I am requesting is that when you do go fullscreen it stays the same size, and in some games, you have the original game size, but around it is all black, which also makes the things around it less annoying like this:

That is possible... You would need Selwyn's Resolution script, and you would also need to redefine every viewport to be centered instead of in the upper left. also, With Selwyn's Resolution script, when it is in full screen and the player hits Alt-Enter (even if he says he's disabled it, it's not.) it gets very annoying, to say the least. But, as Selwyn has said, his script isn't for those who think their game would look good in a higher resolution, but for experienced scripters because of all that you would have to edit to make it work properly. Well, I don't think I could edit it properly. So could anyone edit it or make a new script?
