(I gotta admit, I find myself sortof agreeing with Extinction Rebellion: we just shut down the entire world for Corona Virus. Climate change is going to kill far more people and we have done nothing - worse in fact - we've actively made it worse)

Thanks for checking it out...and yeah, climate change is probably the single biggest threat to our species...especially if we end up with a runaway green house effect. Unfortunately, we're not very good to at dealing with long-term kinds of things that happen gradually. Kids (and everyone else) should be educated about the hellish environment on Venus to understand what a runaway greenhouse is...and what it could do to us.

"Dune's Island" is really a "pilot series"...an experiment to see if learning this way would be helpful to kids, parents and teachers. Please feel free to share it with anyone who might find it useful. And all constructive feedback is very much appreciated.
