Frames and Seconds

Is there any command to Wait Seconds, and not Frames  in RMXP?

I really have been wondering, but I don't think it is going to happen.

Another question would be, 32 frames a second right?

I think that is what it was while I was in class....

should be still....

or can you change it to however many frames per second you want?

Graphics.frame_rate = FRAMES here max is 120

Graphics.frame_count / Graphics.frame_rate = seconds_elapsed_in_game

By default the frame_rate is 40 but it can be changed to any value between 10-120.
