FPS dropping in battle related to some scripts..

During putting various scripts in a project, I sensed this problem:
In the battle, FPS often drops to half or more when you use tibuda's Advanced Command Window with RPG Advocate's Battle Debugger. Well, I can solve it by removing either one of them, but I don't want to do that. So, can someone tell me what to do?
 
Post the scripts, and I will see if I can't detect any methods that can cause log.

However, this is impossible sometimes without creating "cheats" around lag, most often by using more memory to store things like flags.
 
I have been over both of them (briefly), but my main guess is tib's script because cursor sprites and everything that seems to be always updating. Not quite sure many ways around this without adding tons of flags to prevent un-needed updating.

I will look into it when I have some time.
