Cool
Alright! Here's what i see with your character Heinze.
First the hair, you need to plan this out a biiit better next time, the hair bang going off to the left side of the head for example looks strange.
What i think you need to do here is draw it so it looks like its coming forward instead, because right now it looks like it's pasted to the side of the head.
The overall flow of the hair is good, no jagged look to it, you just need to think about how and where you put those pieces of hair.
On shirt.
From what i see you followed the belt line here more or less, and you don't need to follow the line perfectly so it's cool.
I think the main thing here is to keep your lights, shadows and line work more solid so we can tell what's really going on with the outfit.
Pants.
The line design going through the center should not look flat and straight from top to bottom, we need those pants to look alive (always think round/3d), check out the example and you'll get what i mean ^^.
Follow the template shadows for certain pieces of clothing you make, see how i used a darker shade for the bottom of the pants same as the template is shaded, doesn't look flat this way.
Well, i'm sleepy now so if i missed something i will get to it later on.
I've kept the character somewhat simple in certain parts and i've changed some colors around as you can see, i think the white color stood out a bit too much on the original look, but my lines could use a bit more whitening though.
Ah and i added the dark color between the eyes because it just completes the look for me haha.
Image has zoom.
**I'm really just telling you folks how i go about doing things (more than one way, or better ways), i've learned what i know now by trial and error and i'm still learning more crap myself**
