Your artwork looks pretty nice!
Though I would recommend when it comes to shading skin add a tint of blue to the shadows and a tint of red for the highlights; makes the skin look more alive.

you should definitely work on the shadows. while the last piece is okay, most of your other artworks are pillow shaded. also the uniform shadow really stands out. using multiply or overlay for shadow ls is generally not a good thing to do, shadows also have colours as well.

also not a fan of the anime eyes. you're work looks to me like stylized American but the eyes are really anime. and they all have dark masses in their eyes. I think your characters would look better if you shrunk them and added some color. at least add some color, even anime characters have colored eyes.

the blacked out eyes actually have a backstory.

the game started off using a clasic disneyesque art style, but I eventually decided on a style that I felt more comfortable drawing, while keeping a couple of the elements that I liked with the first style... the black eyes and defined lips.

I definitely appreciate the custom art though, it's better than generic rtp or even sets you find online. I'm sure it takes a lot of work too. keep up the work, you can only improve.
