Fix picture position

Hello guys,

Believe it or not: I DID spend some good time with the search engine of this forum, but I couldn't find a solution for my problem.
It would be great if you could help me!

I would like to show pictures which don't move parallel to the heroe's movement. They should be fixed to the ground. (There was a similiar function in the RPG Maker 2000/2003 which I don't find in the RPGMaker XP)

Unfortunately, RMXP doesn't have this functionality.
You could create the piece as a charset, or add it to the tileset as workarounds, though.

If you're not already using a fog, try setting one using the "Change Map Settings" command
