well i took your advice on adding details to the belt n i think its come out ok
as for the hair ive tried but it still doesnt look right to me, any ideas?

Edit: @Sephirot, the reason jason and wolverine dont look relaxed is because SK (or tana, i forget who is doing this particular one) hasnt finished the idle template for the muscular HK. when its done i may sprite them for it (or even do full sets if theres any interest in them)

well ive done a lot more shading on the boots so i think they stand out a lot more, still not sure bout the shape of the hair on the side view, ive shaded it but im still not sure if it looks right

Hmm still having trouble? Can you show me what you were attempting. The sprite you have up still doesn't have any placment of hair so I can't point out what you're doing wrong. Post up some of your attempts and I'll try to give you more direction.

jus the general shape of the hair in the first frame of the side view in my previous post im not sure what it is but it doesn't look right to me (maybe its jus me) i wonna get tht right b4 i start animating it, any help you could give on that would be apreciated
