Fire Emblem Message System.(Edit of Ccoa's UMS possibly?)

Hi, This is probably pretty...Well hard... I'm asking for an edit of Ccoa's UMS, to suit more of a Fire Emblem game, or in other words, A normal message window, but 2-4 faces on screen at the bottom left, bottom right, and in between. Is this too much? Or is it easier than it seems...?
Instead of using backgrounds, I'll just use panoramas, So that's not necessary.

And I'll use  names instead of arrows, So is this do-able? Or not..?

Did you ever stop to think that maybe, just maybe, you're not getting any help because you can easily do this with ccoa's UMS and events?

Um...Yes? It was just becoming extremely annoying and would never work out right.

You have a panorama for the background, UMS for the message windows, and "Show Picture" for the characters.

What's missing? Or, what isn't working out right?

I can never get the placement right, and sometimes the faces randomly dissapear.
All I'm asking for is something to allow 2 faces with default spots on the screen.
