Final Fantasy VIII

I see two reasons for why so many people complain about this game. The first reason is that FF VIII is a well known game that many have played. Obviously, the more who have played the game, the more there is who may have found the experience unsatisfying. The second reason is that FF VIII contains a lot of often criticized elements such as the junktion system, a female lead that has to be rescued half a dozen of times and the focus on a love story. Many gamers does like the things I mentioned, but there are also many gamers that does not and it's the number of people who dislike FF VIII, not the number of people liking it, that determined the amount of complaints the game will receive.

I like it when people say this.  It's like fans of a particular game don't want to accept the fact that "Hey, people have different opinions then mine" and go as far as saying "lolz anyone who dusnt like dis shit ain't play it yo!!11oneone"

I actually stopped playing FF games because of VIII.  It was very boring and way to much talking.  I was not real impressed with the story or anything else.  VII revolutionized the series and VIII did nothing to help it.  VIII may be in the top 10 or whatever of FF games but it is one of the weakest of the series, which is why I believe SS went back to the more traditional RPG in IX.
