Fawful's Fury

Fawful's Fury Demo 0.3 - Bowser's Castle
(Only Includes Bowser's Castle, Part I of Prologue)
(Be sure to install the font that is installed into the game's folder to read dialog.)

.::Story::.
It all starts in the Mushroom Kingdom, at Mario and Luigi's house. Parakarry delivers a letter into their mail box and Luigi checks it, going back inside and reading it to Mario. The letter states that Wario and Waluigi are in Goomba Village and want to meet them there for their family reunion.

Mario and Luigi set off towards Goomba Village, they set off through the Goomba forest, and battle a few Goomba along the way as well. The Mario Bros. soon arrive in Goomba Village to soon uncover that Wario and Waluigi are not to be found. Luigi suggests that maybe they should trail a little further past Goomba Village. Thus the story begins...

There is much more to it than just that, but you must wait and see to hear more.

Thanks, I want to make this game be amazing. The only trouble I'm having is the bit I posted in Ccoa's battle system topic, and then the Ring Menu for in battle.

About the sprites, most so far are ripped, some are edited, and some are custom. I plan to have many places from the Mario world, mainly from the first Paper Mario. (Because it's is the best. =D) So I'll have to make quite a few edited sprites and custom ones since I'm using M&L2 style in this game.
 
y'know the Pixel Movement script can help you out on the jumping problem, it also provides 8-dir movement, a minimap and more.

I was going to use a parallel processes event with variables (For hero X/Y) to make it so when you jump off ledges you'd jump off at (one space left, two spaces down) to make it seem like you're jumping off instead of being in the same tile "row" on the map.

Would this script work better though?
