yeah seriously how is it that this forum has such a huge userbase but only about 3 people have a good taste in music? it's like the generic anime kid taste all round here, everyone seems to conform to a specific stereotype, I mean seriously Linkin Park? what the actual fuck, how can anyone honestly not find their music, production, lyrics, target audience and image completely laughable? half the people that like them always insist they "hate pop music", o irony!

I don't even mean "good" as in similar to what i listen to, I just mean actually decent and diverse and more than what gets spoonfed to you, I mean I don't share any bands in common with say Cruelty but I can safely say he has a good taste in music, and at least Buster seems to actually like what he listens to rather than thinking it's just "kewl". it just baffles me when people claim to love music but really only listen to the same shit all the time and like about a total of 30 bands that all sound the fucking same, I don't mind people liking those bands if they didn't try and seem sincere about it

Just because people have a lot of bands in common, it doesn't necessarily mean it's not diverse. Fuck yeah I like classic, arena, and straight-up rock. AC/DC is a staple in any music aficionado's collection, as well as bands like Nirvana and Black Sabbath, and the best guitarist in the world, in my opinion, Jimi Hendrix.

Also, just because a lot of people listen to stuff that sounds the same, that doesn't mean that they don't love music. Who the hell are you to decide if they do or don't love music? Then again, you're entitled to your opinion, even if I don't agree with it.
