Fangames from a different perspective

If you were to make a remake of a big game from the perspective of a minor character (or just non-playable character), who would you choose?

For example, Final Fantasy VII where you play as the Turks, or better, as a more obscure character, from the viewpoint of Cait Sith, which would provide interesting gameplay as you switch between the two characters.

Personally I would do Final Fantasy VIII from the perspective of someone else in the garden, such as Xu, and play as a more militaristic character, before the scenes of VIII (so before they know what Garden is for).

This is a hard one, I can imagine sequels and prequels with other characters but parallel is difficult.

I guess it highlights how focused down stories are with the hero's quest.

Resident Evil Gun Survivor from the perspective of the kids is the best one I can think of so far. Underrated game.

Maybe not a minor character but retell a game from the villain's POV. But I won't pull the "just misunderstood" crap. If a character is evil I want to show them kicking puppies and mercilessly killing minions over something trivial like no laughing at a joke.

It might be easier to do two original games, one from this guys point of view, and another from that guys point of view. But I love the idea of telling the same story from multiple points of view at the same time.
