Is there any way to turn off the throttle/rudder axis on the gamepad? I use my ps2 controller with a converter, and the right analog stick is reckognized as such (up/down rudder, left/right throttle.) This makes takeoffs difficult, and both functions are difficult to use in combat. I would also like to use the stick to slew my rudder cursor. (I can map it to the arrow keys with Xpadder, but I need to disable the axises in-game first)
