Exterior maps connecting without warp points.

I knew there used to be a script(i think). Where you could have rows of maps that connected without warp points. I think it was 3x3 maps. The picture below may explain it better.

This is a 5x5 one. I hope i explained it well enough.I know i seen a script like this before on .net. Im using 80x80 maps and i want it to be changible not just 5x5. I want to be able to change to 7x3 if need be. These are for the exterior of my game. So thanks in advanced.
