Extending the RMMV Character Generator

Mods smite me if this is the wrong place, but I've been trying to figure out how to add pieces to the RPG Maker MV Character generator. I found the folder in the steam directory that houses all the parts and tried to add something to it (using the naming convention they use)... and nothing. Restarted the program and all. Anyone been able to do this?

It looks like you can't skip numbers.
For example, if you're adding the 18th rear hair piece it needs to be _p18.
I tried labeling something p22, the variation icon showed up but it didn't apply any parts.

I tried to add a male face p04 and numbered it as such, but it didn't work. I'll fiddle with it some more

I think you have to restart the program if you add new file in too.

I still can't get anything to work >< I tried moving some of the female eyes and mouths over to the male folder (numbered sequentially, of course) and nothing.

Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out. I need to include the eyeballs and the icon in the variation folder, too ><
