Story

Spoiler

Kevran, the King's most valuable and respected ranger.  Adrian, high apprentice mage of the great wizard Galthor.  More or less ordinary people, except for their deepest secret.  Together they are the Commanders of the hated group of vicious rogues known as the Everwind Knights.  They kill, burn, steal, and destroy anything that gets in their way.  In their normal life, they live in Greenwood Castle, serving the king and their kingdom.  By night, they venture out, looting gold from unsuspecting towns.  But when the king's greatest knights ambush Kevran and Adrian on a mission, Kevran and Adrian have no choice but to try and destroy him.  The battle gets out of hand, and Kevran, Adrian, and one of the King's commanders fall in battle, they awake in an empty grove in the middle of a dense jungle.

They awake with no memory of who they are.

As they begin to recollect their memories, they realize an outside force must have interfered.  As they return to Greenwood Castle, things are different, and the Everwind Knights are no more, and it seems as if they never were.  No one knows or has heard of the Everwind Knights. 

As the stakes get higher and everyone's life on the line, Kevran and Adrian must find the answer to the only unanswered question:

Whatever happened to the Everwind Knights?

Your story is pretty confusing...  I like how the main two characters are original in the sense that they are actually evil and whatnot, but I didn't understand the whole bit of the knights attacking them and everyone losing their memory (cliche).  And now no one has memory of these everwind knights?  I'm not understanding at all.

You should maybe put up a features section and characters section so we could know more about the gameplay and who we'll play as in this game.  In other words, you should put more detail in the thread.

The battle system looks good/normal, and although the menu is original it doesn't fit very well with everything, I think.

The mapping is okay and could be better.  For examle, that "forest dungeon" doesn't look like a forest dungeon.  The big bush/grass walls are strange.

I know the amnesia parts cliche.  I like games like that though.  =P

Okay well it's supposed to be pretty much a mystery.  A commander and some knights attack Kevran and Adrian (this is shown in the intro cutscene), and some wierd crap happens (big explosion, blah blah), and everyone wakes up with amnesia.

And then when they get back apparently nobody remembers anything about the Everwind Knights, so, it could be like somebody whiped EVERYONE'S memory, they were bribed to not say anything about them, etc.

This looks interesting. I like that mini-puzzle; it looks good. The forest area looks like it could use some work, though; it looks it's just one big bush. Overall the game looks pretty cool.

It's kinda meant to look like really dense trees and vines and stuff.  Don't know what else to do about it

You could try trees, they worked out fine in Pokemon. I mean it isn't that big a deal, but you might try it.

i like wierd stories.  keeps the player interested, and makes them play more.  that's my goal, to have people play my game.

This game is totally serious, where my Fable was slightly on the lolz side.  XD

As soon as I finish mapping and dialoguing up until the first boss, (won't take that long) I'll release a little demo.

I have no idea what your talking about.  I didn't get any glitches, and what scene exactly did that happen in?

you mean on the second Forest Map thats like a maze?  It's worked for me every time.  You have to wait a second the girl comes from the bottom of the screen and walks up then the scene starts.  It might seem like it froze but she comes.

Do you have like a bad computer because I've ran through the entire demo 10+ times and have never had a single error, especially at this part.

The demo is over when you build the bridge to get to the leaf.  After that there's nothin to do.
