Evented Bank System... not working correctly.. why?

Ok, so I made this Bank System using a common event in VX, but for some odd reason its not working properly.  And I'm not sure why.

EDIT; It has no trigger, and no switch condition.  It is called by an event in game.

When I use it, it doesn't seem to subtract your gold properly when depositing.

Change the following event command:

  @>Control Variables: [0001:Money Current] += Variable [0003:Amount to Withdraw]

with this:

  @>Change Gold: + Variable [0003:Amount to Withdraw]

And change the following event command:

  @>Control Variables: [0001:Money Current] -= Variable [0002:Amount to Deposit]

with this:

  @>Change Gold: - Variable [0002:Amount to Deposit]

I guess I could probably do it without that variable at all. O_o...

I guess I'll try it.
