How would I create an event where the character has to pay a toll to get past but how would I make it so if my character would not have enough G he would not be able to get through
You are new to RPG Maker right?
You need to use Conditions. You have it at the first tab of your event functions - after clicking it, click at the 4th tab, and choose "Money", and put the desired amount ^^
I'm not that new to it, I got it like a month ago but with football and school and staff infections I haven't been able to really get into it, also is there a way to like tint an event like fire if you make a night function?
You mean, the fire light a place? Yes, it's possible. There are many ways, but the best is using light effects. Use the search function, I think there are many topics like that :P
