Error Message on Vista

I recently got a Vista(two days ago), and I just reinstalled RMXP. Whenever I try to open it, it comes up, and I get this message:

"Failed to obtain serial number from the NTitles server."

After that, RMXP shuts down. I've tried reinstalling it three times now, to no avail.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
