Well, if you hire someone disabled they are likely to work at a lower capacity, so it's good bussiness practise to replace them with someone fit. Then to replace them with a 1st gen immigrant who'll work twice as hard for half the money. And then when a machine comes along that can do the job more efficiently and cheaper, well, goodbye employees. A company is always looking for the best value in their workers. This is why such regulations are often required.
